At Spice And Grains, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth resolution.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., spices, grains, herbs).
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items.
How to initiate a return:

- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Exchanges are only processed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Once approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds
Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your payment provider.
